Profuse apologies! Due to an unfortunate tenant/landlord dispute we've been without an outside buzzer for months. We continue to live & watch closely for all deliveries. This situation has caused untold problems. Your amazing delivery man stayed 10 minutes at the building's front door in the sleet & frigid temperatures attempting to contact us. We never saw him. He finally called. Kudos to him, you guys. We are humbled & honored by his perseverance in delivering your awesome food to us. We even tipped him more for his sacrifice in this awful weather. Can't thank him or you enough for your combined gracious kindness & professionalism. The crab burgers & fries were still hot, delicious & satisfying. Our fridge was empty, so this was it for us! Thank you one & all. Absolutely count us among your biggest fans!! Without question, we'll be ordering from you again :) :) :) :)

YUM! I ended up ordering the New England Clam chowder and Krusty Crab Burger. The soup was nice and hot when it got delivered and was full of clams and veggies! The burger was AMAZING!! So much flavor packed in one giant grab cake patty. The outside was nice and crispy while the inside nice and soft. Next seafood craving I get I will definitely be coming back to Off the Hook for it!

Surprising find! Loved the meal and highly recommend. Even better...it came early!

My go to order here is the steak frites. It is always excellent!
